These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and dv999 (the "Platform", "Operator", "We", "Us", or "Our") with respect to your access to and use of the dv999 website located at dv999.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the dv999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement without reservation or qualification.

Access to and use of the dv999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dv999 operates a strict 21+ policy. Persons under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account, placing bets, accessing any game, or receiving any bonus or promotional reward offered through the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of dv999 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, software providers, or payment partners.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on dv999. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Voluntary Participation: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by dv999 or any other gambling platform with which dv999 shares exclusion data.

To access the full range of dv999 Services, you are required to create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Registration Requirements:

• You must provide a valid, personal email address that you own and control.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your dv999 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number as they appear on your government-issued identity documents.
• You must not register using a false name, alias, or the identity of another person.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise or misrepresent your geographic location during registration or at any time during use of the platform.

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. dv999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify dv999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account Suspension & Closure: dv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) false registration information is detected; (b) the account is found to belong to a person under 21; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity is identified; (d) a chargeback is initiated by the account holder; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose dv999 to legal or regulatory risk.

All financial transactions on dv999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dv999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your dv999 wallet balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions.
• dv999 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which dv999 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• dv999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending verification completion.

dv999 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered at least 30 times before a withdrawal request can be processed against bonus-derived balances.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to fully registered, age-verified accounts in good standing. Players who have been subject to any account restriction, self-exclusion, or AML flag are not eligible for bonus offers during the period of such restriction.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise explicitly stated, only one promotional offer may be active on a player account at any given time. Attempting to combine multiple bonuses without explicit permission constitutes abuse and may result in account suspension.
• Abuse Prevention: dv999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback any bonus or promotional reward where evidence of systematic exploitation, collusion, use of automated software, or any other form of bonus abuse is detected.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated promotional validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's balance without notice.

dv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect the terms under which a bonus was already accepted by a player unless the modification is more favourable to the player.

All betting and gaming activity on dv999 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.), as well as the following general platform-wide rules:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid once confirmed by the dv999 system and a reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on dv999.
• Odds Errors: dv999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket betting markets on dv999 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, standard cricket market settlement rules apply as published.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network availability and market status. dv999 accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live casino game, slots title, or crash game, dv999 will void all affected rounds and return stakes. Any winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period are not payable.
• Maximum Winnings: dv999 reserves the right to apply maximum single-session or single-bet payout limits. Applicable limits, where they exist, are stated within the individual game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dv999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or artificially inflate winnings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that constitutes corruption of sporting integrity, including placing bets based on insider information obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform for personal financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery. Exploitation of a known bug constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity information or using forged documents during the verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dv999 support staff through any communication channel.

dv999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should remain a source of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a coping mechanism. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may set a maximum session duration per gaming session. Upon reaching the limit, the player will be logged out automatically and prevented from re-entering for the duration specified.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any part of the platform content without prior written consent from dv999.
• The right to modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
• The right to use any dv999 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner not expressly authorised by dv999.
• The right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of dv999 intellectual property may result in legal action. dv999 actively monitors its platform and its brand for infringement and will take appropriate steps to enforce its rights.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by dv999 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, dv999 collects personal data that is strictly necessary for the operation of the platform, including account registration data, identity verification documents, transaction records, gameplay history, and technical data related to your device and network connection. This data is used to:

• Verify your identity and confirm your eligibility to use the platform.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.

• Loss of betting stakes or wagered amounts resulting from technical malfunctions, network outages, or service interruptions outside dv999's direct control.
• Any losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including processing delays, failed transactions, or errors by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your own misuse of the platform, including failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any indirect financial losses arising from a bet or game outcome, including losses incurred as a result of following third-party betting tips or predictions.

dv999's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dv999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dv999 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform homepage and, where reason ably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms and Conditions will become effective on the date stated in the amendment notice. Your continued use of the dv999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dv999 operates. The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent dv999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
